Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vulcan Visions, customer satisfaction matters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be canceled, when a product may be returned, and how refunds are processed for laptops, headphones, computers, and related accessories.

Order cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted only for eligible products requested within 7 days of delivery and returned in original condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, and sealed components where applicable.

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged.

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is significantly different from its description on the website.

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be unused and not physically damaged by the customer.

  • Include original box, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, power surges, or unauthorized repair.

  • Products with missing serial numbers, labels, or tampered seals.

  • Opened or used headphones where return is restricted for hygiene reasons.

  • Software, downloadable items, gift cards, and clearance or final sale products.

Refund process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, although bank or payment gateway processing may take additional time.

Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, installation fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.

Replacement policy

Eligible products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Vulcan Visions

An order may be canceled by Vulcan Visions for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount successfully paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
